Did you know that so called gluten free grains are not truly 100% gluten free? Alpha-Gliadin is the the most common protein contained in wheat, barley and rye, but there are other gluten proteins in all grains! Some people need to completely remove grains to feel better. Join me in the kitchen for more Vitamix recipes using whole food ingredients that are super easy, healthy and delicious. I will make Apricot Hummus, Bean sauce for vegetables or rice, Broccoli Cheese Soup, Potato Celery soup, Banana Apricot Pudding and Goji Berry Fudge. Also featured; walnut fig dressing, Thai Basil Coconut Curry stir fry, pear whipped cream and caramelized banana ice cream. All recipes are vegan, but some can be adapted to include dairy. This class is soy & wheat free.
